Through a Promotion Agreement, we become your partner in the planning process. We fund & manage every stage of the journey, from preparing the development strategy & designing the scheme to undertaking technical assessments, engaging with the local community and securing planning permission.
Once planning permission is achieved, we market the land openly & competitively to the housebuilding industry to secure the best possible outcome. We succeed only when you do – our fee is linked to the successful sale of the land & if planning permission cannot be achieved or the land is not sold, we do not get paid.

After the land is sold the landowner receives all of the proceeds less Merrow Wood’s costs and our agreed fee. We only earn when you do, our interests are always alligned with yours.
