We focus on residential land opportunities across the South East of England, partnering with landowners who have sites with genuine development potential. Every project we undertake is supported by the financial strength of our minority shareholder, Ashen Capital, giving us the resources and long-term commitment to see projects through, however complex or lengthy the journey may be.
